Awful experience He didn't listen to me.wanted to draw blood from my wrist I said no,too painful. I wanted drawed from my arm.His response was that he was good. I said he was good then he could draw from my arm.I have had many bad experiences with dental personnel, so dentist make me very nervous. It got to the point where I had to share with him that I am educated and was once a dental assistant to my uncle who is now deceased. In addition to that I continually informed him that I was not trying to be difficult but that I had extremely bad experiences with dentist and trust level was low. All of this plus the person who took the xrays gave the dentist the wrong client xrays to examine instead of my own while I was in the examination room The reason I am giving one star instead of a negative 5 is because the office manager was great He helped me to laugh off a little stress. I really don't care how educated an individual is, you should have learned in school how to care about prospective clients needs.Learn to build repore.LISTEN to the customer needs and concerns. If was as good as he thinks he is in that area, He would have gained me as a customer, I would have loved referring him to others and would a been a repeat customer. There is no way in this world I would allow anyone I don't trust or respect to put me to sleep to give me oral surgery. I was close to tears when I left ..not just for me..but the countless others he MAY have offended by not listening to the customers needs and concerns. Now I have to find another oral surgeon!!! ..
