COVID-19 Protocols

Please wear your mask when entering the practice for the safety and protection of yourself as well as the staff.
We will take your temperature upon arrival and have your gargle with a mouth rinse prior to beginning your treatment.
Hand sanitizer will be offered to you throughout your visit.
Only patients with scheduled appointments and one guardian (if under 18 will be permitted to enter the office.
Please reschedule if anyone in your household has been sick in the last 2 weeks.
We will ask screening questions related to COVID-19 prior to your visit and again when you arrive in person.
Appointments scheduled to allow enough time for enhanced disinfection between patients.
Social distancing will be in effect. Maintain 6 feet distance unless in treatment.
